Role Summary
We are seeking an Assistant Manager, Creative Operations to drive the development and production of ISB’s learning content. This role combines creative ideation, content production, vendor management, quality assurance, and AI-enabled workflows to deliver engaging, high-quality learning experiences aligned with ISB’s brand standards.
You will manage creative projects end to end — from ideation through production and final review — while partnering with Instructional Designers, studio teams,



and external production partners. The role is hands-on, blending creative direction and in-house production with disciplined project, vendor, and quality management. The position is based in Hyderabad, India.

Key Responsibilities
Creative Production
• Create, source, and manage visual assets for learning and marketing initiatives.
• Produce and edit videos, graphics, and multimedia assets in-house when required.
• Provide creative direction to editors, designers, animators, and production partners.
• Partner with Instructional Designers to translate learning objectives into engaging visual, video, and multimedia experiences.
• Review and provide creative direction on instructional storyboards, visual treatments, learning
interactions, video scripts, and multimedia learning experiences.

Project and Production Management
• Manage creative projects from ideation to execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality, a
