Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Migration Engineer to lead and execute enterprise-scale migration projects, including Exchange Online and OneDrive. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in automation using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, and migration tools like Quest ODM, with a focus on reliability, error handling, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute Exchange Online mailbox migrations from on-premises or tenant-to-tenant environments
Plan and implement OneDrive for Business migrations,



ensuring data integrity and minimal downtime
Design and develop advanced PowerShell automation scripts with robust error handling, logging, and retry mechanisms
Leverage Microsoft Graph API (MgGraph) for automation, reporting, and bulk operations
Use Quest on Demand Migration (ODM) for tenant-to-tenant migration scenarios
Perform pre-migration assessments, dependency analysis, and post-migration validation
Troubleshoot migration issues and optimize performance for large-scale data transfers
Collaborate with stakeholders to define migration strategy, timelines, and risk mitigation
Maintain detailed documentation for scripts, processes, and migration activities
Ensure compliance with security and governance policies during migration
