We are looking for a Customer Delivery Manager to lead service delivery across our AMEA perimeter from Pune, India. In this role, you will be the trusted bridge between business entities and delivery teams, ensuring operational excellence while growing our India footprint. Your leadership will directly impact how thousands of users experience our platforms every day.

What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end RUN service delivery for AMEA entities (KSA, UAE, South Africa, and India from 2027), ensuring service continuity, performance, and user satisfaction.
- Act as the single point of contact for business stakeholders, coordinating between RUN support teams and CORE change teams to resolve incidents and drive high-impact ticket resolution.
- Lead operational governance through weekly and monthly reviews,



providing transparent reporting on SLAs, KPIs, backlogs, and escalations.
- Coordinate India-based functional consulting teams across SAP, ARIBA, and business domains within a matrix organization, ensuring skills alignment and team engagement.
- Drive continuous improvement by gathering entity feedback, identifying pain points, and implementing service optimization and automation initiatives.
- Manage escalations and define action plans with operational teams to address service dissatisfaction and restore confidence.
- Support the development and scaling of the India delivery center, aligning local operations with global standards and ITIL best practices.

What You Bring
- 8 to 12+ years of experience in SAP or business process service delivery, ideally in an
SAP S/4HANA workplace. Female candidates preferred.
