Hands-on Experience with PowerCurve Collections Platform - PCC 1.1.x is essential with PCC 2.4 skills (specifically UI build) highly desirable

Experience

It is expected that the role holder will most likely have the following qualifications and experience
8+ years Technology experience
5+ years in application development and / or support roles
5+ years working within a collections business unit
Software Delivery technical skills such as CI/CD, Automated Deployments, Automated Testing, Build Servers, Software / Source Code Configuration Management.
Strong PowerCurve Collections or Tallyman solution configuration experience, gained through ‘hands-on’ exposure.




Experience with PCC 1.1.x is essential, with PCC 2.4 skills (specifically UI build) highly desirable.
Experience working with or within a Collections business unit, with a full understanding of key processes such as early collections, recoveries, hardship etc.
Solid solution design experience & design documentation skills
Proficiency with Databases & SQL Development, ideally Oracle.
Competence with Linux/UNIX environments, from an application installation and maintenance perspective.
Exposure to Java Development & Scripting (XML, Groovy, Shell, JavaScript), with any hands-on development skills being advantageous.
Valuable understanding of Webservice technologies (REST/SOAP) and Middleware platforms (WAS, MQ)
Any experience with Microservice development or maintenance (API Integration / KAFKA Eventing) would be beneficial, as would any exposure to Cloud technologies (AWS/Azure).
