We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help build the next generation of enterprise AI infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone who is technically curious, excels at translating customer needs into well-defined product requirements, and enjoys working closely with engineering teams to deliver impactful products.
You will collaborate with founders, engineering, design, sales, and customer-facing teams to define, prioritize, and launch product capabilities across an enterprise AI platform. The role focuses on emerging AI technologies, including agent orchestration, governance, deployment, observability, security, developer workflows, and enterprise controls.
This is a highly collaborative, execution-focused role where you'll help shape product strategy while driving end-to-end product delivery.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Discovery & Customer Research




Engage with enterprise customers and design partners to understand business challenges and AI infrastructure requirements.
Gather insights from technical users, platform teams, security teams, AI practitioners, and business stakeholders.
Identify recurring customer pain points and convert them into product opportunities.
Document workflows, user journeys, use cases, adoption barriers, and success metrics.
Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to understand customer needs throughout pilots and production deployments.
Product Requirements & Delivery
Create detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), feature specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release documentation.
Translate product vision into transparent, actionable engineering requirements.
Partner with engineering teams during planning, development, testing, and release cycles.
Clarify feature requirements, edge cases, and implementation details throughout the dev
