Responsibilities

Good Understanding of ITSM & ITIL practices & other standard IT practices/procedures
Hands-on experience in AR System & Foundation configurations.
Hands-on experience on workflow customization and shall be able to write efficient AR System workflows.
Support: Handle service disruptions, operational issues, and product defects through the BMC SaaS Service Desk.
Hands-on experience in CMDB, integrations and AR System configurations.
Hands-on experience in ITSM modules (Tickets modules, CMDB, Smart Reporting, Comaround etc.)
Hands-on experience on SLM/SLA
Job Scheduling and Workflow Design: Collaborate with teams to design and implement complex workflows using BMC Remedy Helix.
Configuration and Foundation Data – Should have experience in Chatbot Deployment & Workflow use case implementation experience.
Installation and Configuration: Set up and maintain BMC Remedy Helix components, including database design, programming, and quality assurance.




DMT Data Wizard and Import the bulk CI and Foundation data to Helix.
AR System Import Tools capability.
Helix SaaS Upgrades
Validation of ITSM Foundation data.
Validation of Integration workflows.
Validation of DWP Catalog components.
Coordinating with Vendor for support.
Positive communication skills to communicate with support personnel, customers, and managers.
Ability to quickly adapt to changes.
Enthusiastic, cooperative, and positive behavior.
Experience of the below tasks with be an added advantage.
Hands on experience on migration / Transformation projects / consolidation projects will be an added advantage.
Basic understanding on Databases like – SQL/Oracle/MYSQL.
Basic understanding on Network and firewall concepts.
Experience in Scripting like Batch script, VB script, PowerShell would be an added advantage.
