Job Description
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Associates to join our Blended Support team. The role primarily involves handling customer interactions through chat and email channels, along with minimal voice support when required. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively in a quick-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries through chat and email channels in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns while maintaining high service standards.
Handle minimal voice interactions as and when required.
Maintain and update customer records accurately in internal systems.
Analyze customer issues and provide appropriate resolutions.
Work on Excel-based data modules and generate reports when required.
Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
Adhere to process guidelines and organizational policies.
Required Skills
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong email writing and business communication skills.
Good listening, comprehension, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent analytical and multitasking skills.
Knowledge of basic computer operations and MS Office.
Experience working with Excel and data-driven processes.
Ability to work in rotational UK shifts from the office.
