About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer with 3–4 years of experience to enhance our testing capabilities. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in automation frameworks, hands-on experience with key tools like Python, Selenium, Appium, Playwright, and performance testing suites. You will collaborate with development teams to ensure high-quality software delivery through robust testing processes.
Responsibilities:-
Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Python, Selenium, Appium, Playwright, and API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Rest Assured).
Implement and maintain performance/load testing using JMeter and LoadRunner to identify bottlenecks and ensure system scalability.
Apply software testing methodologies (e.g., Agile, STLC) to create comprehensive test plans, cases, and reports.
Perform manual and automated testing across web, mobile, and API layers, including regression, smoke, and integration testing.
Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to triage defects, analyze root causes, and verify fixes.
Optimize CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Git) for automated testing integration.
Contribute to test automation frameworks and ensure test coverage meets quality standards.
Document test results, maintain traceability matrices, and participate in code reviews.
Qualifications:-
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
3–4 years of hands-on experience in QA automation testing.
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
Proficiency in Python scripting for automation; hands-on experience with Selenium, Appium, Playwright, and API testing tools.
Experience with performance/load testing tools like JMeter and LoadRunner.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to debugging complex issues.
Strong communication skills for reporting insights and collaborating across teams.
