? We're Hiring | Systems Engineer – UAV Avionics & Mission Systems

Are you passionate about developing next-Generation UAV technologies? We are looking for an experienced Systems Engineer – UAV Avionics & Mission Systems to lead the integration, validation, and deployment of advanced avionics and mission systems for cutting-edge UAV platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Define and manage system-level requirements for avionics, navigation, datalinks, and mission payloads.
Develop system architecture and Interface Control Documents (ICDs).
Lead the integration of flight control systems, mission computers, autopilots, and advanced sensor payloads.
Evaluate and integrate COTS and custom avionics solutions, including EO/IR, COMINT, SIGINT, and LiDAR payloads.
Plan and execute Verification & Validation (V&V;), Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL), ground testing, and flight-testing activities.
Analyze telemetry and flight test data to ensure system performance, reliability, and mission readiness.




Ensure compliance with aerospace and defense standards including DO-178C, DO-254, MIL-STD-461, and MIL-STD-810.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation throughout the system development lifecycle.
Support airworthiness, cybersecurity, safety, and quality assurance activities.
Lead technical design reviews including SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, and QR while collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams.

Required Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Avionics, Electrical, Aerospace Engineering, or related field (required)
Master’s degree in Avionics Systems or Systems Engineering (preferred)

Experience:
15+ years of experience in avionics or mission systems engineering for UAVs or aerospace platforms
Proven track record in avionics integration, flight control, and ISR sensor payloads
Deep familiarity with UAV command & control, datalink systems, and RF payloads
