Roles & Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements for SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (PM) solutions.
Configure and support SAP PM processes, including notifications, work orders, equipment, functional locations, task lists, and maintenance plans.
Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for custom developments and enhancements.
Support integrations with SAP MM, EAM, and other related modules.
Perform system configuration, testing, defect resolution, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Provide production support and troubleshoot functional issues.
Develop functional documentation, user guides, and training materials.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize maintenance processes and improve system performance.
Support data migration, system upgrades, and SAP S/4HANA implementation activities.
Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks while adhering to project standards and best practices.
