We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales & Business Development Leader with a strong background in the Defence, Aerospace, and Electronics sectors. This role is responsible for driving strategic business growth, building long-term relationships with key government organizations, public sector enterprises, and private industry partners, and identifying new business opportunities across the defence and aerospace ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in business development, account management, and consultative sales of defence electronics, aerospace systems, or related technology solutions. You will work closely with senior leadership, engineering, and program teams to develop customer-centric solutions, manage strategic accounts, and expand market presence while contributing to long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities




Develop and execute strategic sales and business development plans to drive revenue growth within the defence and aerospace sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across government organizations, defence establishments, public sector enterprises, and private industry partners.
Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and long-term programs aligned with organizational objectives.
Manage the complete sales lifecycle, including opportunity identification, customer engagement, proposal development, negotiations, and contract closure.
Collaborate with technical, engineering, and program management teams to develop tailored solutions that address customer requirements.
Monitor market trends, industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the defence and aerospace ecosystem.
