We are seeking an experienced Inventory & Warehouse Operations Manager to lead end-to-end warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics functions while ensuring operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and regulatory compliance. This role is ideal for a professional with solid expertise in warehouse management, MIS reporting, and inventory optimization, along with hands-on experience managing risk mitigation and insurance claims for high-value inventory. The successful candidate will oversee warehouse operations, lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with logistics partners, and drive continuous process improvements to enhance operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end inward and outward warehouse operations, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of inventory.
Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, invoices,



and delivery documents while ensuring timely Goods Receipt Note (GRN) processing.
Supervise inventory storage, binning, stock movement, and dispatch activities while maintaining high accuracy and operational efficiency.
Coordinate with logistics providers, transporters, and third-party partners to ensure timely deliveries and optimize turnaround times.
Monitor inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and periodic warehouse audits.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports covering inventory levels, order fulfillment, stock variances, operational KPIs, and warehouse performance.
Analyze inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Lead end-to-end insurance claim processes for damaged, lost, pilfered, or transit-affected inventory, including documentation, survey coordination, and claim settlement follow-up.
