Key Responsibilities
Procurement Planning & Strategy
Develop and implement procurement strategies for civil construction materials and subcontracted works.
Ensure timely procurement of materials and services to support uninterrupted project execution.
Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to achieve the best pricing, quality, and delivery timelines.
Implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining quality and project requirements.
Tendering & Vendor Finalization
Manage the tendering process, including floating RFQs, vendor prequalification, bid evaluation, and vendor selection.
Conduct technical and commercial evaluations of vendor quotations.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders during vendor finalization and procurement approvals.
Ensure procurement documentation is maintained accurately.
Cost Control & Budget Management
Establish procurement cost benchmarks aligned with project budgets.




Monitor material price trends and recommend cost-effective procurement strategies.
Coordinate with Quantity Surveying and Finance teams to ensure procurement activities remain within approved budgets.
Vendor & Supplier Management
Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers and vendors for civil construction materials.
Build and maintain solid relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and quality compliance.
Conduct vendor performance evaluations and maintain an approved vendor database.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and industry standards.
Maintain complete procurement records for audit and internal review.
Monitor procurement risks and implement corrective actions where required.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate with Project, Site, QS, and Finance teams to ensure smooth material planning and supply.
