MGM Associates is looking for an experienced and driven Sales Professional with a background in medical devices sales. The role involves managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and traveling across India to expand market presence.
? Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage sales for medical devices across assigned regions
Build strong relationships with hospitals, doctors, and distributors
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Travel across India for client meetings, conferences, and business expansion
Maintain regular follow-ups with existing clients for repeat business
Provide market feedback and competitor insights
? Requirements
3–4 years of experience in medical devices sales (mandatory)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel extensively across India
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Basic knowledge of healthcare industry and hospital networks
Graduate (preferred in Science / Pharmacy / Business)
