The Senior Data Solutions and Cloud Architect / Engineer is reporting to the Data & Analytics Platform Lead. Together with teams of data engineers, cloud architects, DevOps and MLOps experts as well as data scientists and business users, the senior data solutions and cloud architect/engineer will develop, run, and continuously refine an easy-to-use, modern, and lean/cost-effective cloud-based data & analytics environment for Olympus worldwide. The role will also help businesses leverage modern data technologies by building tailored data solutions and helping to integrate them into their processes and way of working.





Position Accountability/Scope:
The Senior Data Solutions and Cloud Architect / Engineer works on end-to-end data management that will enable faster, better, and more informed decision-making within the business and help create business value out of data & (advanced) analytics. The role demands extensive experience, profound technical expertise, and the capability to provide strategic technical oversight. This position involves leading and mentoring technical teams, as well as managing collaborations with external partners.
