Senior Cloud Administrator
We seek an experienced, qualified Sr. Cloud Administrator to join our Pune, India office. This role is responsible for deploying and administering a cloud-based computing platform within ZS.
What You’ll Do: As an Sr.
Cloud Administrator in the Enterprise you will -
Manage end-to-end Salesforce deployments across Dev, QA, UAT, Pre-Prod, and Production environments.
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using SFDX CLI with Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Actions.
Work with Salesforce deployment tools such as Copado and Gearset.
Manage release planning, deployment execution, release notes, approvals, and post-release validation.
Define and support branching strategies including feature, release, hotfix, and main branches.
Implement quality gates such as validation deployments, Apex test execution, code coverage checks, and static code analysis.
Support rollback planning, deployment recovery, and production issue resolution.
Manage back sync activities to ensure production changes are aligned with lower environments and source branches.
Support Salesforce backup and recovery processes before major releases.
