Nido Machineries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and commercially driven After Sales Commercial Operations Manager to lead our Spare Parts, AMC, and Service Commercial Operations.

What You'll Be Responsible For
? Spare Parts Business
Drive Spare Parts Sales and revenue growth.
Prepare quotations and convert opportunities into orders.
Manage Annual Rate Contracts (ARC) for key customers.
Coordinate order execution and ensure material availability.
? AMC & Service Commercials
Drive AMC renewals and contract conversions.
Prepare paid service quotations and commercial proposals.
Coordinate billing, invoicing,



and payment follow-ups.
Improve AMC penetration and customer retention.
? Customer Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with key customers.
Resolve commercial queries and escalations.
Deliver an exceptional after-sales customer experience.
? Business Performance
Track revenue, margins, quote conversion, collections, and aging.
Prepare MIS reports and business performance dashboards.
Work closely with Service, Stores, Purchase, Finance, and Sales teams to ensure seamless commercial operations.
