The ideal candidate understands consultative B2B selling, enterprise buying cycles, cloud transformation journeys, and how to leverage channel and alliance partnerships to accelerate business growth.
Job Responsibilities
Partner & Alliance Management
Develop and strengthen relationships with channel partners, resellers, system integrator, and strategic alliances
Identify and onboard recent partners across international geographies
Drive partner-led pipeline creation and revenue growth
Enable partners with sales tools, solution positioning, and market insights
Conduct partner reviews, business planning sessions, and growth discussions
Enterprise Sales & Revenue Growth
Drive enterprise sales for Cloud and Digital Transformation solutions across international markets
Own the complete sales cycle — prospecting, solution positioning, proposal management, negotiations,
and closure,consistently achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
Strategic Account Management
Engage CXOs, business leaders, and technology decision-makers across enterprise accounts
Develop account growth strategies focused on cloud adoption, modernization, and digital transformation
Go-to-Market & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, pre-sales, and delivery teams to drive market expansion and customer acquisition
Gather market intelligence, customer insights, and partner feedback to refine offerings and GTM strategy
Collaborate with solution teams to position Cloud, SaaS, AI, Data, and Managed Services solutions effectively
Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts, partner performance reports, and opportunity tracking
Drive predictable revenue forecasting and business visibility
Required Skills & Experience
✅ 8–12 years of experience in Enterprise Sales / Partner Engagement/ Partner Sales / Cloud Sales /Technology Consul
