Role Overview

We are hiring an AEM Full Stack Developer to Drive end-to-end development of the lumen.com platform by combining front-end and back-end expertise to deliver modern, scalable, and high-performing digital experiences. The role will develop reusable AEM components, APIs, workflows, and integrations while supporting cloud migration, AI-driven capabilities, and platform modernization initiatives.



Working across the entire software development lifecycle, the individual will collaborate with architects, UX teams, content authors, and product stakeholders to deliver secure, accessible, and customer-centric solutions. Candidates should possess strong expertise in AEM, React, APIs, cloud technologies, and contemporary engineering practices. The role requires a strong ownership mindset, the ability to work across technology stacks, and a focus on continuous improvement.The ideal candidate should demonstrate hands-on use of AI-powered development tools for design, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and continuous improvement throughout the software development lifecycle.The successful candidate will be expected to serve as a catalyst for change, helping advance modernization, AI adoption, and engineering excellence while contributing to the ongoing evolution of our technology landscape and operating model.
