Role Description The Senior Sales Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai, responsible for driving technical sales and business growth for Maxlit’s LED lighting solutions. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying opportunities, preparing and delivering technical presentations, and recommending appropriate lighting products and solutions to customers across industrial and commercial sectors. The role involves collaborating closely with internal engineering and production teams to ensure solution feasibility, accurate quotations, and timely order execution. The Senior Sales Engineer will provide technical support before and after sales, address customer queries, and conduct site visits and assessments as needed. This position also requires maintaining strong customer relationships, monitoring market trends and competitor offerings, and contributing to sale
