Responsibilities

Design and implement AI models for clinical protocol authoring (OCR, NLP, LLM pipelines). Develop automation scripts for document ingestion, transformation, and Snowflake integration. Build configurable modules for mandatory vs optional protocol sections. Collaborate with tester to embed assurance checks and validation rules Validate AI‑generated protocol content for accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Design test cases for assurance checks (audit trails, timestamping, role‑based access). Perform functional, regression, and compliance testing of automation scripts. Execute automated test scripts (Python, PyTest, Selenium, Postman). Conduct Snowflake SQL validation for data accuracy and integrity. Support GxP qualification (test evidence, validation reports, traceability matrices)..





Skills & Experience

4–5 years in AI/ML development (Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain) and QA/testing with focus on AI/ML systems. Robust SQL and Snowflake expertise. Experience with NLP, document intelligence, and compliance‑driven automation. Knowledge of GxP qualification processes (IQ/OQ/PQ). Strong skills in automation tools (PyTest, Selenium, Postman). Hands‑on Snowflake knowledge for validation and query testing. Experience in Life Sciences domain testing and GxP compliance. Familiarity with FDA/EMA guidelines and audit documentation.
