About the Role
Experience 5–9 years of overall IT experience, with relevant experience in application support / production support.
Responsibilities
Experience supporting financial services, accounting, or capital markets applications is strongly preferred.
Hands-on experience in supporting enterprise-grade applications in a 24x5 / 24x7 support model, where required.
Qualifications
Valuable understanding of accounting concepts, financial transactions, reconciliation, ledger processes, and batch operations.
Experience supporting investment accounting / fund accounting / custody / asset management systems is preferred.
Ability to understand business workflows and data movement across integrated systems.
Required Skills
ePAM platform experience
Strong experience in SQL for data analysis, troubleshooting, and issue investigation.
Knowledge of Unix/Linux commands, log analysis, and job monitoring.
Understanding of interfaces, file-based integrations, APIs, and batch processing.
Experience with ticketing and monitoring tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, Control-M, Autosys, Splunk, AppDynamics, or equivalent.
Familiarity with application support, incident management, and production monitoring tools.
Basic scripting knowledge (Shell/Python) is a plus.
Exposure to databases such as Oracle / SQL Server is preferred.
