Location: Gurgaon, Mumbai, Pune Bangalore

Responsibilities

Strategic Partnerships: Identify and evaluate potential partners and alliances that align with our business objectives and can enhance our product and service offerings.
Negotiation and Contracts: Lead negotiations and contract discussions with potential partners to establish mutually beneficial agreements.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, ensuring ongoing collaboration and value creation.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to inform partnership strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align partnership efforts with overall business goals
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse the performance of partnerships

and alliances,



providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.

Brand Representation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to build and enhance the companys network and reputation

Requirements

Proven experience (4+ years) in business development, strategic partnerships, or a related role, preferably in the gifting industry.
Solid negotiation and contract management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and

maintain relationships at all levels.

Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and executing partnership strategies.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
