Job Summary

The Agile Product Owner – BenTech Integrations drives the team’s ability to deliver meaningful, incremental value by representing our customers’ needs, shaping user stories, prioritizing the team backlog, and ensuring alignment with program goals. This role provides transparent direction, safeguards the conceptual and technical integrity of features, and partners closely with the Agile team to ensure work meets the definition of done.



The Product Owner plays a critical role in turning strategy into customer-impacting outcomes that drive financial success. Specific to Integrated Benefits Technology Experience’s domain, the Product Owner will join a large Agile Release Train that is mission-focused on elevating our customers’ overall digital experiences in enrollment, administration and claims through modern API-first and even-driven integration patterns that bridge The Standard’s vast insurance ecosystem & data with customer Human Capital Management Systems, broker digital solutions and data-intermediaries. The value is beyond just the fast data transmission, it’s a new completely orchestrated digital experience that improves user experience, reduces burdensome tasks, and unifies transactions in customer systems.
