Job Summary

We are seeking a Data Engineer IV to lead end-to-end data solutions for one or more domains. You will design and deliver advanced data engineering capabilities, including unstructured data pipelines, vector and graph storage, streaming integrations (Kafka), and semantic models for analytics and AI. You will own solution delivery planning, manage technical risks, and coach other engineers.

In this role,



you will lead the design and delivery of advanced data solutions, implementing streaming integrations and semantic models while managing technical risks and dependencies across teams. You will coach engineers on advanced patterns and best practices, partner with Data Scientists and Software Engineers to develop AI‑ready solutions, and ensure governance, security, and compliance across data domains. In addition, you will drive optimization and scalability across enterprise data platforms to support evolving organizational needs.

Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, India is a requirement of the role. Mode of Working: This role follows a hybrid work model, with a primary base in Bengaluru. While in office presence is essential for key engagements, flexibility is offered for remote work based on business needs and team alignment. Skills and Background You’ll Need Education: A Bachelor’s degree is required. (Graduate coursework is desirable).
