Role & responsibilities : ServiceNow ITOM Developer
Location: TCS Noida office
Experience: 5+ Years
Preferred candidate profile
Develop and implement ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration
Configure and maintain MID Servers, patterns, and probes/sensors
Build integrations with third-party monitoring tools using REST/SOAP APIs
Customize platform components using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer
Perform CMDB data modeling, reconciliation, and data quality improvements
Troubleshoot and optimize Discovery and Service Mapping performance
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable ITOM solutions
