Role Description The Start-up Lead Generation Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Rajkot. This position is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business leads for MkLak Global and its ShredPack brand,



focusing on potential customers in packaging, waste management, and sustainability-related industries. Day-to-day tasks include researching target markets, compiling prospect lists, conducting outreach via phone, email, and digital channels, and coordinating with the sales team to schedule meetings and product demonstrations. The specialist will maintain accurate records in CRM systems, track lead conversion performance, and refine lead generation strategies based on data and feedback. Collaboration with sales, marketing, and operations teams is essential to ensure a steady pipeline of high-quality leads and support the company’s growth objectives.
