Job Summary

Organize, create, develop, implement and conduct training and development programs. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure training programs meet organizational goals. Ensures final product meets customer needs and deliverable dates are met. Analyzes, identifies and develops solutions using blended learning techniques ensuring learning management system/s are organized and updated.



Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Subject Matter Experts to align training programs with business objectives and address specific departmental needs. Track results and provide ongoing feedback to foster continued employee development, improve educational programs, and meet departmental goals.

Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, India is a requirement of the role.

Mode of Working: This role follows a hybrid work model, with a primary base in Bengaluru. While on-site presence is essential for key engagements, flexibility is offered for work from home based on business needs and team alignment.

Skills And Background You’ll Need

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience in a related field.

3-5+ years of relevant progressive work experience.
