Job Description
We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer with 3–4 years of experience in Government/PSU tendering and bid management, with hands-on experience using GeM, CPPP, and PSU procurement portals from bid identification through submission. The ideal candidate will have experience in government and PSU tendering, preferably in the Aerospace or Space sectors, possessing strong techno-commercial skills, expertise in GeM and e-procurement platforms, and the ability to drive end-to-end bid management through effective cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Basic techno-commercial understanding of engineering products, systems, and services.
Mandatory experience working with Aerospace, Space, Defence, or PSU customers and procurement teams.
Ability to understand technical specifications,



SOWs, BOQs, and commercial requirements.
Experience preparing tender documentation, compliance matrices, commercial bids, EMD/PBG requirements, and supporting audit activities.
Proven track record of coordinating with Engineering, Finance, Legal, Quality, Supply Chain, and Business Development teams to ensure accurate and timely bid submissions.
Experience participating in pre-bid meetings, seeking clarifications, and evaluating tender scope and customer requirements.
Solid organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a high degree of ownership and attention to detail.
