Your impact
The role involves leading, master planning and architectural design, delivering compliant schematic and working drawings, 2D/3D models, and detailed BOQs aligned with Uptime Institute Tier standards. It requires strong knowledge of NBC, local byelaws, LEED/sustainability criteria, and global data center design practices to review and validate partner deliverables. Responsibilities include interdisciplinary coordination with MEP, IT, security, and fire‑life‑safety teams, preparing design basis reports, room books, tenders, cost estimates, and resolving TQs/RFIs. The role also guides BIM/Revit teams in developing accurate LOD‑based models and ensures high‑quality plans, elevations, sections, and architectural details specific to data center infrastructure.
A COA‑registered B.Arch with 12+ years’ experience—preferably in industrial projects—along with proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and related tools is essential.
Master plan and layout preparation at plot plan level
Core competency in Architectural designs and should have ability and hands on experience to work on schematic/statutory/ working drawings and 2D /3D, Presentation, along with architectural BOQ & specifications
Shall have knowledge of statutory regulations, LEEDs certifications requirements, hygiene, and sustainability related design concepts/requirements
Global architectural practices / domain knowledge preferable to be able to check & review our global engineering partner’s drawings & documents.
Solid knowledge of NBC and statutory codes, building byelaws, state wise requirements
Preparation of BOQ’s, Tender Documents etc.
