Job Title: Principal Analyst- Communications & Branding

PURPOSE OF ROLE
As a key member of the Employer Branding and Internal Communications (EBIC) team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping AB InBev’s image, culture, and reputation—both internally and externally. Your mission is to help position AB InBev as an employer of choice, foster a positive workplace culture, and ensure consistent, engaging communication across all channels. You will craft impactful messaging for internal and external communications, manage internal and external events, and support the execution of our PR strategy - all while helping us attract, engage, and retain top talent. Overall, your role in the team will be critical in helping us build a strong employer brand and engage
