Role Overview
We are looking for hands-on ML / Data Science professionals who have strong foundations in Python-based data and machine learning ecosystems and are evolving into Gen AI practitioners. The role involves building scalable ML models, solving business problems using data, and contributing to emerging Gen AI use cases.

Key Responsibilities
• Build, train, and deploy machine learning models for real-world business problems
• Work on end-to-end data science projects—from data preprocessing to model evaluation and deployment
• Perform data analysis, feature engineering, and dataset preparation for modeling
• Collaborate with business and product teams to translate requirements into ML solutions
• Contribute to development of Gen AI solutions (LLMs, prompt engineering, basic RAG pipelines) • Write clean, scalable,



and production-ready Python/PySpark code
• Continuously improve model performance and ensure reliability in production

Technical Skills
• Robust programming skills in Python
• Experience with PySpark / large-scale data processing
• Understanding of Machine Learning algorithms
• Knowledge of Data Science workflows
• Feature engineering & model evaluation experience
• Experience with Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy
• Exposure to Gen AI concepts (LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, RAG)
• Familiarity with data pipelines
• Exposure to Gen AI frameworks/tools
• Basic understanding of MLOps
• Experience in business-driven analytics/ML use cases
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
