Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution:
* Develop and manage project plans for manufacturing initiatives, including timelines,Quality, and resource allocation.
*Ensure projects align with organizational goals and production schedules.

2. Agile & Digital Transformation:
*Apply Agile and Scrum principles for digitalization or automation projects within manufacturing.
*Drive adoption of modern PM practices in a traditional manufacturing setup.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
* Work closely with Sales, production, engineering, procurement, QA and NPD teams.
* Manage team relationships and ensure timely delivery of materials and solutions to customer requests.

4. Risk & Compliance:
*Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
*Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

5.Reporting & Documentation:
*Maintain accurate project documentation and dashboards.




*Present project progress and KPIs to senior leadership.

Job Requirements

Experience:
• 12 - 15 years of experience in project management, with exposure to software industry practices and adaptability to manufacturing environments.
Education:
Any Bachelor’s degree. Preferably Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Production) or Computer Science/IT.
Certifications:
Preferred :
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Lean Six Sigma.
Competencies
• Solid knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and traditional PM methodologies.
• Familiarity with PM tools like MS Project, JIRA, SAP Project Systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under strict timelines.
