We are seeking an experienced Process & ERP Transformation Leader to drive enterprise-wide business transformation initiatives with a strong focus on SAP ERP implementation, process optimization, and digital transformation within the chemical industry. This strategic leadership role is responsible for reimagining business processes, leading large-scale ERP transformation programs, and enabling operational excellence across supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, finance, sales, and distribution functions.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in business transformation, SAP ERP, and process excellence, with a proven track record of delivering complex transformation programs that improve efficiency, scalability, compliance, and business performance. You will collaborate with executive leadership, business stakeholders, technology teams,



and external implementation partners to define transformation roadmaps and ensure successful execution across multiple business functions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead enterprise-wide business transformation initiatives aligned with long-term organizational strategy and growth objectives.
Drive end-to-end SAP ERP transformation programs, including process assessment, solution design, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live optimization.
Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities for standardization, automation, digitalization, and operational excellence.
Define future-state business processes across procurement, manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, finance, sales, logistics, and customer operations.
Partner with business leaders to align transformation initiatives with strategic priorities and measurable business outcomes.
Lead cross-functional teams, implementation partners, and external consultants to deliver ERP transformation
