Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly driven, intellectually curious, and hands-on Product Manager who thrives in complex and ambiguous environments and enjoys building products and solutions from the ground up.
We are looking for a builder at heart—someone who can take an evolving idea, bring structure to ambiguity, connect business and technology, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to turn concepts into scalable, impactful products.

Own the product lifecycle from concept to execution, including discovery, roadmap definition, prioritization, development, and launch.
Build products and capabilities from scratch (0→1) in a fast-paced and evolving setting.
Translate complex business problems into clear product requirements, user stories, workflows, and actionable roadmaps.
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, technology, and business teams to drive product development.




Break down complex and ambiguous problems using structured thinking and first-principles problem-solving.
Define product priorities by balancing business impact, user needs, technical feasibility, and long-term scalability.
Drive cross-functional alignment and ensure effective execution across multiple stakeholders.
Continuously identify opportunities for product improvement, innovation, and optimization.
Take complete ownership of outcomes and proactively navigate challenges with minimal supervision.

What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in Product Management or a closely related product role.
Proven experience in building products, platforms, or complex solutions from scratch.
Strong analytical, structured, and first-principles thinking.
Ability to quickly understand complex concepts and interconnected systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguity.
Strong experience working with engineer
