Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Head – Manufacturing to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations across the value chain. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing manufacturing, procurement, quality, and both backward and forward supply chain operations while enabling operational excellence in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building and scaling operations, makes quick, data-driven decisions,



and is comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment where agility and execution are critical.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations across all production facilities.
Drive ownership of the complete manufacturing value chain, including:
Backward supply chain
Procurement
Manufacturing operations
Quality management
Forward supply chain and distribution
Build scalable manufacturing systems, processes, and operational frameworks to support rapid business growth.
Drive operational excellence by improving productivity, efficiency, cost optimization, and throughput.
Ensure consistent product quality while maintaining high operational standards.
Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, and Leadership to enable seamless execution.
Lead capacity planning, expansion initiatives, and manufacturing scale-up projects.
