Customer Focused Delivery Lead | 15+ Years | Chennai
We are hiring a Customer Focused Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end delivery and customer adoption of Workflow Management System (WFMS) solutions across Insurance, Healthcare, and BFSI domains.
Key Requirements:
✅ 15+ years of IT experience with delivery leadership experience
✅ Solid customer-facing and stakeholder management skills
✅ Experience in Workflow Management, BPM, WFM, or Case Management platforms
✅ Domain expertise in Insurance, Healthcare, or BFSI
✅ Hands-on experience with Java, APIs, SQL, Angular, Spring Boot, or NodeJS
✅ Experience in solution delivery, implementation, integrations, and production rollout
✅ Knowledge of tools like Camunda, n8n, or other workflow platforms is preferred
✅ Experience handling customer escalations and enterprise deployments
