Mandatory Skills- C++ / VC++, proficient, Debugging & Shell Scripting

C++ / VC++

.Strong fundamentals (memory management, debugging, STL)
.Ability to read and modify legacy enterprise systems




.Windows-based development & troubleshooting
Basic scripting (PowerShell / Shell)

Test Automation Skills

Automation mindset (Non-negotiable)
Experience with Ranorex / Selenium / any UI automation tool

Understanding Of

>Object repository
>Element identification (XPath, UI mapping)
>Test case design & modularization

System Understanding & Debug Capability

Ability to:
->Analyze logs (event logs, system logs)
->Troubleshoot production-like issues
Basic understanding of:
->Enterprise monitoring tools (like Systemwalker – can be trained)
->Strong problem-solving approach (root cause thinking)

Communication (Especially for Japan Coordination)
