Job Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant at Specialist Level having 5-7 years of experience with robust expertise in Employee Central ( core ) , Time Off and IAS/IPS to support ongoing operations, country rollouts, enhancements, and integrations.



The consultant will be responsible for configuring, optimizing, and supporting the comp process and ensuring compliance with global and local requirements.

Key Responsibilities

AMS Support / Production Support
Hands on with EC Core, Time Off and IAS/IPS AMS support
To support during US Time Zone 5.00 PM IST – 2:00 AM IST
Deep understanding of EC objects, workflows, business rules, data models, and role-based permissions.
Experience developing functional specifications for integrations, interfaces, and extensions.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
SuccessFactors EC and Time Certification
Testing & Deployment
Perform regression testing during quarterly release upgrades.
Work with QA teams and customer testers to ensure solution quality.
Support cutover planning, template deployment, and go-live activities.
