Core Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering & Analysis
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand loan origination processes.
Document functional and non-functional requirements for LOS enhancements or implementations.
Process Mapping & Gap Analysis
Analyze current workflows and identify gaps or inefficiencies.
Recommend improvements aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.
System Configuration & Documentation
Assist in configuring LOS modules (e.g., application intake, underwriting, disbursement).
Prepare detailed BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), FSDs (Functional Specification Documents), and user stories.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Act as a bridge between business teams, IT, vendors, and QA teams.
Facilitate workshops, walkthroughs, and requirement sign-offs.

Technical & Functional Oversight

UAT Planning & Execution
Define test scenarios and cases based on business requirements.
Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect resolution.




Change Management
Support change requests, impact analysis, and version control of LOS features.
Ensure smooth rollout of new functionalities with minimal disruption.
Compliance & Risk Alignment
Ensure LOS features comply with internal policies and external regulations (e.g., RBI, AML/KYC).
Work with audit and compliance teams to address control gaps.
Reporting & MIS
Define reporting requirements for loan tracking, performance, and audit trails.
Support data extraction and dashboard creation for business insights.

Continuous Improvement

Market & Regulatory Awareness
Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in loan origination.
Training & Support
Provide training to end-users and support teams on recent LOS features.
Create user manuals and SOPs.
