Hiring experienced Data Analysts to support data-driven decision-making and sales enablement initiatives for the firm. The role involves working with large datasets, developing interactive dashboards and reports, optimizing data workflows, and delivering actionable business insights.

Roles & Responsibilities :
Experience in Data Analytics & Seismic Tool ( Configuration, create layers)
Good to have - Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx to support business decisions and monitor KPIs.
Team leading experience is a must have
Automation of reports is a must have
Monitor and analyze content usage and engagement data within the Seismic platform.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand data requirements and translate platform usage data into actionable insights.
Ensure the integrity, accuracy,



and completeness of data flow
Aggregate, validate, and analyze seismic data, ensuring high data quality and integrity

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field.
6-9 years of experience in a data analyst role.
Good to have - Working knowledge of Seismic or similar CMS tool
Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx.
Proficiency in Excel and SQL; basic understanding of Python, R, or VBA is a plus.
Solid problem-solving skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Person should be willing to work from Goldman office in Bangalore.
