Translate client requirements into target operating models covering process design, delivery footprint, technology, automation, pricing, and transition approach.
Build reusable assets, accelerators, and knowledge frameworks to scale the solutioning function.
Build robust business cases and value propositions, quantifying baseline, savings, ROI, and transformation advantages.
Partner with pricing and commercial teams to structure competitive, profitable, and risk-balanced deals.

F&A; Domain Leadership

Bring deep expertise across the complete F&A; scope,



including Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, FP&A;, Treasury, Tax, and Statutory/Regulatory reporting.
Define best-in-class process frameworks, benchmarks, and maturity models for F&A; operations.
Drive digital and intelligent automation strategies (RPA, AI/ML, analytics, workflow, ERP enablement) into solution designs.

Client Engagement & Advisory

Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders (CFO and their finance leadership team).
Lead client workshops, due diligence, and discovery to uncover pain points and shape the solution roadmap.
Present solutions and transformation narratives to C-suite audiences.
