Founding Chief Business Officer (CBO) - Equity Only

Location: Mumbai (Preferred) | Hybrid / Remote

At FlexiKash, we're building India's next-generation embedded finance and checkout credit infrastructure, connecting payment ecosystems with regulated lenders to enable seamless credit at the moment of purchase.

We're looking for a Founding Chief Business Officer (CBO) to build and scale our partnership ecosystem from the ground up.

What You'll Own

You will lead the commercial strategy and execution across the entire ecosystem, including:

Demand Side

Onboard and manage Payment Aggregators, PSPs, Payment Gateways, POS providers, and merchant platforms. Build strategic alliances that drive merchant adoption and transaction growth. Supply Side

Develop partnerships with Banks, NBFCs, and Digital Lenders. Negotiate commercials, manage onboarding, and strengthen lender relationships. Technology Partnerships

Build relationships with fintech infrastructure providers, LOS platforms, KYC, Bureau, eSign, and API partners. Drive integration partnerships that accelerate platform capabilities. Ecosystem Development

Design and manage the overall partnership framework. Structure commercial models, revenue-sharing arrangements, and joint go-to-market initiatives. Work closely with the Founder and CTO to translate partnerships into platform growth.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a senior business leader with 10+ years of experience in fintech, payments, lending, or financial infrastructure.





You'll be a solid fit if you've led partnerships or alliances at a:

Payment Aggregator / PSP Payment Gateway or POS company Bank or NBFC Embedded Finance or Lending Platform Fintech Infrastructure company Experience managing both payment-side and lending-side partnerships will be a significant advantage.

Compensation

This is a Founding Team role.

Equity participation No fixed salary initially Cash compensation will be introduced as the company secures funding and scales operations. If you're primarily looking for a fixed salary, this role is unlikely to be the right fit. If you're excited about building something meaningful and creating long-term value, we'd love to talk.
