Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to join a leading construction company in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have experience in procurement for high-rise residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities

Manage procurement activities for multiple project sites.
Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Negotiate with suppliers to achieve cost-effective procurement.
Ensure timely procurement of construction materials.
Monitor material planning, inventory, and delivery schedules.
Identify opportunities for cost optimization.
Coordinate with project, planning,



and site teams to meet project requirements.

Requirements

6–10 years of procurement experience in the Construction/Real Estate industry.
Experience in high-rise residential/commercial projects is mandatory.
Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
Positive knowledge of construction materials and procurement processes.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
