In this exciting role, you will manage a team in charge of the development of Industrial Test Solutions for Mass Production.
Your Responsibilities:
Lead a team of 10+ Test Engineers for the development of System on Chip Automotive Radar products across a multiple sites environment. Support the execution of test engineering activities during Current Product Introduction (NPI) & product ramp-up. Accountable for the deliveries (quality & timewise) of test contents in the Digital, Memory,
Security and High-Speed IO domains. Drive alignments with other Test Engineering managers as well as Product Engineering, Program Management, DfT and Validation team leaders within the global organization. Develop, coach and mentor your team to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Your profile:
Master’s degree in Electronics or equivalent. Proven experience multicultural, multisite team leading 5+ years’ experience in SOC Test development using ATE-systems (Advantest & Smartest8 experience is a plus) Solid experience in Digital, Memory, Security and High-Speed IO domains. (in Analog & RF/mmW is a plus) Fluency in English language both oral and written and skills to operate in a global environment with multiple partners in US, Europe and Asia. Strong Team Player with problem-solving skills Organizes and controls tasks by defined objectives Balances strategic vision with strong execution.
