Job Summary
Responsible for handling network operations, incident management, and ensuring SLA-driven delivery for LAN/WAN environments.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle tickets / service requests in SLA timelines
• Perform troubleshooting of network issues (LAN/WAN environments)
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents
• Ensure adherence to defined processes and operational guidelines
• Support installation, configuration, and migration activities
• Maintain maximum uptime as per SLA commitments




• Mentor and support junior team members
