Job Title: Back Office Manager/ Senior Manager – OTC (Accounts Receivable)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Back Office Manager to oversee Order-to-Cash (OTC) operations, specifically in Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, and Collections. The role involves managing end-to-end back-office functions, ensuring SLA adherence, driving productivity, and achieving financial targets.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage OTC operations including Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, and Collections

· Ensure delivery meets client SLAs and contractual obligations

· Oversee daily back-office production and team performance

· Drive productivity and process improvements to achieve financial targets

· Manage budgets, profitability, and resource planning

· Lead and mentor Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and teams

· Handle client interactions and maintain strong stakeholder relationships

· Monitor operational metrics and present performance reports





· Ensure process compliance with BPMS/ISO standards

· Support hiring, training, and workforce development

Required Skills

· Strong leadership and people management skills

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management

· Strong knowledge of OTC cycle (AR, Cash Application, Collections)

· Analytical and problem-solving abilities

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills

· Ability to handle escalations and client interactions

· Good attention to detail

Technical Skills

· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

· Experience in budgeting, financial tracking, and workforce planning

Preferred Profile

· Candidates with Logistics industry experience

· Robust exposure to OTC processes (AR, Cash Application, Collections)

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.00 per year
