Job Summary
The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading a team of developers and overseeing the design, development, and implementation of .net, angular, and SQL Server based solutions. The role involves providing technical guidance, ensuring code quality, and driving innovation in line with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
1. Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and code quality standards.
2. Collaborate with cross functional teams to analyze project requirements and design appropriate technical solutions.
3. Participate in code reviews, identify areas for improvement.
4. Troubleshoot technical issues, resolve bugs, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Stay updated on emerging technologies and advocate for their integration into existing projects to drive innovation and efficiency.

Skill Requirements
1. Proficiency in .net framework and c# programming. Need to have ReactJS and Mongo DB training & beginner knowledge.
2. Strong experience with angular and typescript for frontend development.
3. Expertise in sql server, including database design, optimization, and stored procedures.
4. Solid understanding of web development technologies such as html, css, and javascript.
5. Experience in leading a development team and driving projects to successful completion.
6. Strong problem solving skills and the ability to think critically in rapid paced environments.
7. Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.

Other Requirements
1. Must have training completed in ReactJS and Mongo DB.
