Track Manager - Program & Project Management
Experience: 6 to 10 years

Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
Plan, execute, and deliver network projects from initiation to closure
Develop project plans covering scope, schedule, resources, and milestones
Track progress, manage risks/issues, and ensure timely delivery
Prepare project reports, dashboards, and stakeholder updates
Network Delivery & Operations Alignment
Oversee L2 network operations alignment with project deliverables
Ensure successful execution of installation, configuration, and migration activities
Drive root cause analysis and issue resolution for project-related escalations
Ensure SLA adherence and service continuity during transitions
Stakeholder & Client Management
Engage with client stakeholders to define requirements and success criteria
Manage communication across internal teams, vendors, and customers
Ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence
Team & Vendor Coordination
Coordinate with L2 engineers, SMEs, and cross-functional teams
Manage vendors/partners for hardware, implementation, and support
Support resource planning and task allocation
Governance & Compliance
Drive project governance, including status reviews and risk tracking
Ensure compliance with ITIL processes (incident, change, problem management)
Maintain documentation: SOW, HLD/LLD alignment, RACI matrix
Continuous Improvement
Identify process improvement opportunities across project delivery
Support transition to steady-state operations
Enhance efficiency and standardization across projects
Technical Skills Required
Strong understanding of: LAN/WAN, Routing & Switching
SD-WAN (Cisco Viptela / Meraki preferred)
Wireless (Cisco/Aruba)
Data Center networking
Knowledge of: Network monitoring tools
Incident/Change/Problem management processes
Exposure to network migrations, upgrades, and transformations
Project/Management Skills
Project planning, scheduling, and tracking
Risk & issue management
Stakeholder management
Financial/budget tracking
Agile / Waterfall methodology understanding
Experience & Qualifications
6–10 years overall experience in networking
2–4 years in project management / coordination roles
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / IT
Certifications preferred: PMP / Prince2 / ITIL
