ECN process knowledge

Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate With Key Stakeholders To Understand Business Objectives And Integrate Design Thinking Into Casting Product Development Through The Application Of Cad Software And Casting Methodologies.
2. Lead A Team Of Designers By Providing Guidance On Casting Techniques And Best Practices, Ensuring The Delivery Of Cutting-edge And Functional Design Solutions That Meet Quality Standards.
3. Present Casting Design Concepts And Strategies To Stakeholders,



Gathering Feedback And Iterating On Designs Based On Input To Ensure Alignment With Business Goals.
4. Establish And Maintain Design Standards, Guidelines, And Best Practices Specifically For Casting Processes, Ensuring Consistency And Excellence In All Design Outputs.
5. Stay Abreast Of Industry Trends And Emerging Technologies In Casting And Product Design To Drive Innovation And Excellence Within The Design Team.
